2. Eight Minutes of (Terrifying) Self-Care
Initially, I was a lukewarm about this red light therapy device. But when I let go of my drive to multi-task and just surrendered, it became my favorite thing in the span of a week. Take it from this middle-aged, very tired, postpartum Mom: this thing works. I slap it on before bed and disappear into a bubble of relaxation for eight minutes while it moves through it’s cycles of lights and little pads that palpate and massage your head. When the cycle is complete, I slather on a layer of Parinama Youth Activator Serum and drift off for the night. My skin has been so glowy because of these two additions that my facialist actually asked me what I’d been doing and I practically swooned with gratitude. A worthy splurge.
