Are you ready to boogie?
Fun fact: I took a bottle of NAHLA’s Limited Edition Spring Renewal Body Elixir with me to Mexico instead of perfume this year and everywhere (EVERYWHERE!) I went, people kept saying "You smell so good" or “What perfume are you wearing?" I even had a TSA Agent in Dallas tell me she'd never smelled anything more beautiful going through her security line so I got her address and sent her a bottle for free. Trust, dear ones - this liquid gold is the good stuff and you won't want to miss it. Limited Edition and available until early June or while supplies last.
++ I’m doing something extra special for our Annual Substack Paid Subscribers. If you sign up for an Annual Subscription to The Edit With Nicole and place an order at NAHLA by April 15th, reach out below
with your Substack email address and order number and I’ll make sure a full sized bottle of this seasonal goodness is included in your order. And if you’ve previously signed up for an Annual Subscription and missed out, just order anytime in April, reach out and we’ll include one for you too. It’s my way of saying thank you - for your support of The Edit With Nicole & NAHLA.
1. The Red Light Special
When I get home on a cold, drizzly day - tired and wrung out, I need TLC. Not just the band, although that’ll do too. What I’m looking for is the comfort of a simple dinner and a session with my red light therapy wand, my face slathered in Immortelle Collagen Recovery Masque while I watch Keith Morrison lean on things on Dateline.
Red light therapy is a treatment that uses low wavelength red light to smooth the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, chronic inflammation and hyperpigmentation.
I have a few different red light devices I’ve collected over the years but the one I keep coming back to also has percussive capabilities to drain the stress right out of tight jaws and includes blue light therapy for acne and infrared light therapy to target wrinkles around the eyes.
Next week, I’ll be back with the full scoop on red light therapy - what it is, how it works, what it can and can’t do and my favorite devices at varying price points and levels of convenience to meet every need. Keep your eyes peeled for that Substack early next week and don’t be shy with your questions.
