Let’s Get Down To Business.

Did you miss me last week? Not notice at all? Our family was hit by this awful, energy zapping cold and honestly, my Friday Five would have consisted of the very best cough drops on the planet, a passionate essay on the merits of vintage Irish linen napkins for wiping raw noses and me talking about how much I love Alan Rickman in this version of Sense and Sensibility, which is easily my favorite movie of all time and I watched definitely twice. Maybe three times. It has healing properties. Don’t judge me.

1. The Be All, End All For Aches and Pains

I discovered this magical tincture decades ago when my acupuncturist rubbed it over my spasming lower back and suddenly the pain dissipated. And it’s been a trusty ally all these years since. Whether it’s post-work out soreness, ya’ slid down part of a 6,000 ft mountain (raises hand, yes, I’ve done that) or just need relief from those weird aches and pains you get when your teenager brings home a horrendous bug from school and it wipes out the entire household - it’ll make you feel better.

2. This Plant Based Retinol Serum

That brought nourishment to my beat up skin, mending redness and sensitivity and making me look less on the verge of death when I had to answer the door for the UPS guy.
