My Friday Roundup of Things That Made Me Smile This Week
1. This Vanilla Orange Toothpaste
Because the fresh flavor makes me feel human again after being up half the night wrangling a very chatty baby boy. Cue Jurassic Park pterodactyl noises.
2. Speaking of Pterodactyls
The picture I made to make my husband laugh on a particularly hard day with the baby. We’re talking about having it printed on photo paper at CVS and hanging it on our wall of family photos. Lol.
3. I Wish You Could Smell This
It’s Fleuressence season at NAHLA which means we’re taking mountains of tender jasmine and neroli blossoms, omumbiri and desert lily and macerating them with the most golden and glorious virgin Marula oil to coax out their delicate aroma and skin replenishing benefits. It’s labor-intensive. It’s shockingly expensive. It’s time consuming as all get out and smells so wonderful that our entire team walks around with a silly smile on their faces all day long.
